I am a conservationist with a background in biology and ecology. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Freiburg in Germany. As part of the Plant.ID Marie Curie network, I will am currently using environmental DNA to elucidate the diet of capercailles (wood grouse) in the Alps and Norway through shotgun sequencing techniques.
