I am a research astronomer with expertise in protoplanetary disk evolution, photoevaporative-driven winds, and the dynamics of infall accretion from the envelope to the disk's surface.

I did my Ph.D. at the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy in Heidelberg, Germany, where I worked with Mario Flock in numerical simulations evaluating the Vertical Shear Instability (VSI) in conjunction with photoevaporation processes.

I recently started my postdoc position at the Center for star and planet formation at the Globe institute at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. Together with Michiel T. A. Lambrechts and Anders Johansen, we will continue improving our understanding of the disk's evolution and predictions about how long pristine ice can remain in the outer disk.
